The question is - do you have to do this yourself or are there companies that can facilitate the process on your behalf? And even if there were companies out there, would it be worth it to use them after the fees have been paid?
Arbitrage DIY vs Using a Company
Luckily, the answer is a resounding âYesâ. Using a company is by far the best strategy. Hereâs why:
Dedicated team: Focused team, streamlining the process to maximize returns and minimize costs.
Better exchange rate: Due to economies of scale, companies get a better exchange rate for bulk Rand-Dollar conversions.
Transaction costs: Once again, economies of scale kick in. Bulk transactions mean the cost per individual diminishes significantly.
Theyâre the experts: Companies have figured out the process. They bring systems and processes to the table to execute as efficiently as possible.
All-in-all, using an arbitrage company beats doing it yourself, every day of the week (even after fees).
Which company is the Best?
In a game where margins are tight, beating the competition by only a little bit results in tens of thousands of Rands at the end of the day. So, whoâs the leader of the pack?
